Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Lagree Fit Studio LLC ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
MEMBERSHIPS, PACKAGES, AND BILLING
All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Recurring memberships require a 6 month contract commitment.
Recurring memberships will automatically renew each month. To cancel or pause your membership, you must provide written notice to hello@thelagreefitstudio.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.
Rates and fees are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price adjustments.
CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel a reserved class, you must do so at least 9 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the loss of that class credit or a fee of $15 for unlimited members.
Late Arrivals: For safety reasons, doors may be locked at the start of class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter and will be treated as a no-show.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND HEALTH RELEASE
Physical Activity Risks: Participating in exercise classes involves inherent physical risks. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage to your person or property.
Medical Clearance: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment preventing you from engaging in active or passive exercise. If you are pregnant or recovering from an injury, you must inform the instructor before class begins.
Limitation of Liability: Lagree Fit Studio LLC and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the studio or website.
4. STUDIO RULES AND CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate memberships, or ask individuals to leave the premises if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates studio policies.
Please use appropriate footwear, grip socks are mandatory
Wear comfortable workout attire, and wipe down equipment after use.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Lagree Fit Studio LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or redistribute this content without permission.
6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
7. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Lagree Fit Studio ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include promotional offers, class offers from waitlist. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
8. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 messages per week. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
9. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
10. How to Opt Out and Get Help
You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. 11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
